I hope everyone likes the new website that the MRC has introduced recently to our community. I would like to thank everyone who made this site possible, and for allowing us to get out the information about the diabetes, Tour de Cure- and to addressing to our audience the dangers of cycling, and how important it is for all of us to share the road. Thanks again for getting the word out.

I wanted to Thank everyone that came out to the Graham 5K!! I hope you all had a great time! I am sorry that I missed the run this past weekend, but I will be coming by soon to catch up and get some long runs in before my next race.
I am very impressed with this group, and my wife is very excited about coming out in the spring!!
